What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, Apple Pay). All payments are completed via Stripe secure checkout

How can I contact KUMA?

You can simply contact us via email info@kuma.com where our customer service team will be happy to help you with whatever you need and also by chat on the bottom of the page.

When will my order be processed?

Once we receive your order, our logistics team will carefully and efficiently prepare your order within 1 to 5 business days from the order date. All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in France Spain, USA, or China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

How do I return an item?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at info@kuma.com. Provide your order number, item details, photos and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable) it can take up to 72hours. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if the item received is damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with a photos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will do our best to exchange or refund money for damaged items.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Be sure to provide your order number and the details of the modification or cancellation request. We will confirm once the changes have been applied.

Is there a time limit for cancelling my order?

Yes, you must cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this window, we may not be able to accept cancellations.

What if my order has already been packed or shipped?"

Once an order has been packed or shipped, or 2 hour window passed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

How long is the returns process?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return request. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
